By placing an order with Add More Zest Ltd, you agree to these terms.

General

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

All content published and made available on this site is a property of Add More Zest Ltd and the Sites creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree the following:

  1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords of sensitive information attached to that account; and

  2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of Products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the Products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order. Please note, we process payments in Great British Pounds (GBP £). Other rates shown are approximate and to be used as a guide.

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal and credit/debit card payments via our secure online server. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cheque/postal order. Payment must be made for all orders at the time they are placed. We are unable to hold or reserve stock if payment has not been received.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched same/next day but this cannot be guaranteed. We use Royal Mail or Courier, at our discretion. Please note that during sale or new item launch periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume that we receive at these times.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside of the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address, or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

When requested, orders will be combined only at our discretion.

We adhere to Royal Mail’s lost parcel guidelines. Lost parcels will not be resent until 15 working days have lapsed since the parcel was due to arrive.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable in this instance. Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 60 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.

Sales and offers

Please note that during busy periods it is possible for there to be stock level discrepancies. If out of stock items are ordered, a full refund will be processed for these items. Our dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual during these busier periods. Offer prices may be withdrawn by us at any time.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.

Exclusion of liability

No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Add More Zest Limited.
