How much will delivery be?

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout, before any payment is taken. The cost is based on weight, and destination.

We deliver worldwide; however, we are not liable for any customs or import costs you may incur from your own government.

How long will delivery take?

Royal Mail state the following delivery times;

UK - 2-3 working days

Europe: aim to deliver in 3-5 working days

Worldwide: aim to deliver in 6-7 working days

How much is it in my currency?

If paying by Paypal, they will provide you with a total amount in your own currency as part of the checkout process. They then provide the payment to us in GBP.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please allow an additional 14 days over the timescales provided by Royal Mail and check here for any additional delays in your country.

If your order has not been received after this date, please use the Contact Us form so we can look into this for you.

What payments do you take?

Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe. This gives you the option of using your PayPal Account, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or your Debit or Credit Card.
